1. Fault analysis and positioning of lithium batteries and inverters with poor electrical performance, find out the cause of the failure, and identify the defective parts;

2. Statistical analysis of bad types, weekly TOP problem tracking, and guidance for production improvement implementation;

3. Improve test pass-through rate and operation;

4. Summarize experience on key issues, improve operating standards, train operators, and supervise on-site implementation;

5. Version maintenance for product software upgrades;

6. Coordinating with the customer's maintenance project in the factory, obtaining product data in a timely manner, and planning in advance.

1. College degree or above, major in machinery or electronics, hold a low-voltage electrician certificate;

2. Experience in maintenance of electronic products is preferred;

3. Have work experience; have a certain understanding of the production process of photovoltaic inverter and lithium battery PACK industry;

4. Be able to quickly familiarize yourself with the processing technology and production process of lithium batteries and inverters, be familiar with the debugging of inverters and lithium battery test platforms, and be able to deal with various problems in product testing;

5. Familiar with quality management and control, familiar with the quality processing process and can take corresponding measures, and process the process of inverter assembly and testing;

6. Strong awareness of cost control, proficient in lean production management skills and effective promotion and implementation;
